- All offers are subject to change and product availability. There is no requirement that purchase orders be accepted.
- All prices are quoted in EUR (euro).
- Partial delivery and partial services are legaly admissable.

Insofar as nothing else is agreed on, the consignment will be sent from the our warehouse to the delivery address indicated by the purchaser. If you order goods for delivery overseas you will be responsible for any import duties and taxes. Delivery dates are without commitment. Withdrawal from the contract because of delivery delays is not admissible.

shipping company/tracking:

DHL/UPS (within Germany and mainly for orders of more than 2 records in Europe): For orders sent by DHL and UPS, an email with tracking code is sent to the recipient automatically. Consignment is insured until 500 Euro.

German Mail (for 1-3 CDs, 1-3 cassettes, 1-3 7inches, 1-2 12inches/Lps within Europe and Worldwide): For packages sent using German Mail it's currently not possible to sent an email with tracking informations to the recipient automatically. So don't hesitate to ask for your tracking code! Please note that consignment here is only insured up to 20 Euros. If you wish to have a higher insurance please ask for shipment with DHL.

If a parcel is returned to us due to the fault of the buyer (uncomplete/wrong address or the consignment was unclaimed) we have to pay returning fees in certain cases. Please note that we have to invoice this costs to you afterwards. So please check your address in advance and don't hesitate to ask for the tracking code.
